What do you guys think of the self-proclaimed "Bee-people"? And does anyone know what the ECL of a 1st level Ranger "Vassal" Abeil would be?

The ECL changed in the update, vassals used to be ECL 3, but with the update, they're now LA +4.

Edit: I'm looking at the MMII update Errata and I can't find where it says Abeils are LA +4
