Square Grid Size/Reach and AoE diagrams [3.5]

I remember there being melee/reach diagrams for different size creatures and also diagrams of the various shapes of AoE in the back of the DMG.

Are these in the SRD? I haven't been able to find them except for a hex grid. Unfortunately, my group uses the traditional square grid. If it isn't in the SRD, are equivalent diagrams available legally and for free online somewhere?

They're not in the 3.5 SRD that I'm aware of, but they are in Pathfinder's SRD, here. The mechanics of it haven't changed between "editions," so it should work for 3.5 just fine.
