Pantheon Thunderdome

Here is my question, based on the stats given in Deities and Demigods in a battle to the death which of the classic D&D Pantheon would win and why? Let the Thunderdome begin!

Well, going by the simple premise of D&D that "high level magic > everything else": Boccob, or any other wizard diety.

Right. I forgot that we're not using epic rules here. In that case, the most high-level wizard doesn't win automatically.

well based on how divine ranks work,
whoever kills enough other dieties to get divine rank 30 first, should clean house with the rest of them.

I support Wee Jas because she saw those left dead from the contest fifteen weeks in advance, has the same levels as Vecna and a higher Divine Rank.

Godess of Death and Magic, the deciding factors of this competition. I think she has a fair chance. And she's incredibly awesome, which should count for something. So is Vecna, but with a lower Divine Rank and equal levels it can't make up the difference.

Classic D&D pantheon using the stats from Deities and Demigods. Mystra is only in the Forgotten Realms (IIRC) and is not listed in Deities and Demigods. That's worse casting than Vecna anyway, it doesn't explain why she would be more powerful in such a contest.
