So has Belkar cooked human hearts before?

Love the scientific risque humor. Also props to the dialogue between Roy and Gannji ... Belkar is predictable, but the attempts by each of the intelligent halves of that pair to outsnark each other is awesome.

Also forgot to mention, YAY for Planet of the Apes nod!

That was pretty good. Nice to see Belkar's chef skills come back.

But shouldn't it be "...look whose Get Out of Jail Free card..."

Eating humans isn't cannibalism if you're not a human.
Congratulations, you can link to TV Tropes. This does not mean you have special insight into the storytelling process, much less the author's mind. Stories don't need to fit into neat boxes, you know.

Remember, Belkar is not a human. It is not cannibalism. It was covered when he was hung by Samantha, remember?

    And also: Awesome comic.

Hee hee. Hearty flavor! I like Belkar here. Good strip.

Plus I didn't think till now that it was Roy's Belt of Giant Strength that let him smack down Enor before.

So someone who's angry about being sentenced to death says some mean things about a good guy. It's obviously time to start the Gannji's alignment argument again. So...commence!

There's a good chance that this will be the death of Belkar. If so, Enor will definitely turn on Gannji after Roy has a little talk with him. Then Enor replaces Belkar....hm. Am I right, Roy?

Garlic does improve the flavor of most things.
Is it just me, or do Gannji's feet look screwed up in the second to last panel?

Awesome line for Belkar at the end. And yes, garlic really does add a lot of flavor to food.
