Is a sleeping person entitled to a listen check to notice someone moving around him and what would the check result have to be to waking him up?

They get a check. At a -10 penalty.

Yup, -10 Listen check, DC=your Move Silently roll. If they succeed they wake up. It's in the description of the Listen skill.
