I'm building a Vampire Favored Soul for my players to fight, I haven't made a favored soul before so i was wonder what all spells I should pick for him to use probably be around lvl 13

I suggest, since its a villain, lots of Battlefield control.

Since you are holding the players with your spells, you can then slam them, trying to make them your Spawn.

You might want to check my thread here...includes some suggestions for a Favored Soul (and a swift/immediate spell list). Bloodwind (SC) would allow him to slam & energy drain at a range.
