Does Sparkstone mean initial damage by everything you deal or just the 1d6?
Arms and Equipment guide has a Alchemy item called Spark stone.
Basically like Acid Flask, but instead of splash damage it arcs like Chain Lightning.
So another target within 5 ft takes ½ damage of initial.
Now, if you sneak attacked the first: is that count?
Would that be 1d6 Electric + 1d6 sneak attack =total divided by 2 for second target?
Or just the 1d6 divided by 2 for second target?

RAI I would say just the 1d6, not sure about the RAW.

It seems like it'd be hard to apply precision damage to a secondary arc, yeah. RAW, though... tough call. D&D isn't exactly the most consistent when it comes to terminology.

Did you make an attack roll for the arc? No? Then no sneak attack. It's not terribly complicated.

It's pretty clear that the intent was "Deal a bit of lightning damage" to everyone rather than "Attack someone and then have your attack damage hit everyone"
If it were attack damage, then it'd be a preposterously powerful item. Just imagine it: A high level barbarian power attacks one enemy, and then kills entire roomfuls of people.Avatar by K penguin. Sash by Damned1rishman.
