Planar Chasuble and two alignments

Let's say that a lawful evil character takes Shape Soulmeld (Planar Chasuble), would they get resistance to energy fire 10 AND acid 10?

And does that resistance only apply on planes with an alignment or will it work wherever?

While I have no problems with allowing both, the "Chosen Alignment" bit is open for interpretation. Either it is your character's alignment or one of yours that you pick upon shaping the meld.
