If you used these two spell together, could you use death attack at any range?

No. There is no reason that, because you have a range increase on death and sneak attack, a purely sneak attack range increase would also apply to death attack.

That's like saying that, because I have a +2 morale bonus to attack and saving throws, my saving throws should be increased by my BAB.

@OP: No. See, if Death Attack said "you can make a death attack anytime you could make a sneak attack", I could see your logic. As it is, you can never make a ranged death attack unless you have that spell. Sniper's Eye says nothing about death attacks. They don't stack for the purposes of Death Attack, sorry dude.
