[3.5] Maximizing Sneak Attack

I was thinking about it, and I was wondering if there's a build that makes use of every rule available to make a character churn out sneak attack damage like some god of stealth?. I believe I recall a build that allowed 19d6 sneak attack at level 20, but I can't seem to find it. Would someone be able to link it, or perhaps show me how to build such an unseen menace?

I can't remember how it works, but through spells and magic items as well as classes, you can nab 26d6 sneak attack dice by level 20.

Rogue 1/SA Fighter 1/Spellthief 1/Psychic Rogue 1/Swordsage 1 gets you 6d6 SA. Then, go into PrCs that advance it at 1st level, such as Assassin. If you run out, Invisible Blade has a Sneak-Attack-like ability, and Sudden Strike is a lot like SA too.

Oh yeah, also, you can grab assassin's stance for 2d6 more at the cost of two feats (or a dip in swordsage at 5th). There's a weapon special ability that I can't remember the name of that grants up to 3d6 bonus sneak attack dice, and that spell that I was talking about is called something like hunter's eye grants like 2d6 more. Maybe it was healer's vision? Can't remember.

Rogue 1/Wizard 4/Unseen Seer 10/Arcane Trickster 5 (as an example) works out to lots, depending on how you bother. Get Hunter's Eye through Unseen Seer on your Wizard list and persist it (from an 8th level slot) for SA bonus equal to level/3.

Rogue 1/Unseen Seer 10/Arcane Trickster 5 also adds up to 9d6 by itself, 11d6 with Assassin's Stance (takes two feats). Hunter's Eye at CL 30 (easily doable) is 10d6 for 21d6. Polymorph into certain SA Devil could add ~4d6 or something, I recall some Incarnum-stuff that adds Sneak Attack and so on. Basically, just stack such crap through feats and spells on yourself and you'll be fine.
