Who uses Rich's Villain Workshop?
I just love the darned thing. I've only used a couple times in my five or so years of GMing, but looking back I think I should have more often. It's just a great way to round out a character and make you pick up on flaws you didnt think of before. Anyone else used it?

Re: Who uses Rich's Villain Workshop?
I've never used the workshop in its entirety, but I've used elements of it.
That article, as well as others made by Rich, have some definitely great insights and suggestions.

Re: Who uses Rich's Villain Workshop?
For 4 or 5 villains in a row, I had them developed by Rich's workshop. However, I found I wasn't able to apply enough of the information I had created. I found, more often then not, that the villains would have done just as well with a 1/2 page backstory and a plan.
Of course, my games are fairly low in detail generally.But... but... You can't Wake Up Dead
