Default Looking for a MIRC or MIRC-esque place to play D&D

I'm not too big on roleplaying, and while I do think it is important I'd say I'm about 65% combat 35% roleplaying. I found a great MIRC site, that has a website to go along with it, but it is pretty much all roleplay and I just don't enjoy that as much so I am looking for a new server hopefully.

MIRC is a chat prgraom that utalised IRC. There are numerous programs, but MIRC is the most common. Just google mirc

You could try one of the virtual tabletop programs out there, such as maptool. They've got chat, along with map creation and dice rolling tools that are pretty well suited to running combat. Then just gather up players from any RPG site.

Mibbit's good for casual people. MIRC and Chatzilla are better for people who plan to be on for extended periods.

The Unofficial IRC is a pretty good place to look. However, many of our games use Maptool or Gametable - It makes it a lot easier when you are dealing with tactical combat. We also have a shortage of DMs, and a lot of players.

Well... they don't do that here. Threads stay open until it breaks rules, or the OP requests it to be locked (and most don't bother).

Ok, I'll give that one a shot. Hopefully it's what I'm looking for.

I have been around for a while, threads have been closed because of an answered question, maybe it was just in technical. No sure lol.
