The boombox (the ugly singing robot paladin)
Build emphasis : support/sentry/tank with inspire courage (smite to song feat) high saves, self-healing and multiple immunities
in short, a Paladin without MAD that might be tier 3
Race: Warforged scout (to ride a medium mount, more practical)
Alignment: Lawful Good
Template: Dragonborn of Bahamut (mind aspect for more immunities and better sentry options like night vision and bonuses to listen and spot)
substitution levels:
warforged paladin
1rst smite evil or constructs
2nd Con based abilities
3rd immunity to stunning (you're already immune to diseases as a living construct anyway)
Alternate Class Features
Holy Warrior (give up spellcasting for extra feats , Complete Champion)
STATS (32 pts buy)
STR 14
DEX 14
CON 18
INT 14 (riding + perform requires a lot of skillpoints)
WIS 6 (useless, you don't cast spells and you get your Con to Will saves)
CHA 6 (mostly useless in this build , you use smite to song)
All levels are Paladin

Well i can't find anything crunch wise, so i guess it's technically possible. If i were DM though, i'd slap the humanoid requirement on there because dragonborn are humanoids with the dragonblood subtype.
Odds are you're playing in eberron, so I'll tell you an interesting idea a DM used once in a campaign. It was on the wizards forums.
A group of players attempted to resurrect a dead warforged that had an important role in there campaign. They discovered that when the warforged was resurrected, it wasn't a warforged anymore, but a human with the mark of making....
The fact that a warforged could turn into a humanoid like a dragonborn should be a matter of great intrigue in any campaign, albeit you're playing eberron.
