A teleport specialist for 4th edition

I would like help choosing feats for an eladrin fey pact warlock (with arcane initiate)/feytouched/archmage. It's not for a game. I saw this build in Dragon, but the article is now really out of date. The concept interests me though.

Any source is fine except Dragon magazine. Remember to focus on teleporting, but cover the basics too. Thanks so much!

I can provide more details if you need them. My starting ability scores with racial bonuses are Str 8, Con12, Dex 14, Int14, Wis 10, Cha 18. Eberron material like Mark of Passage is fine.

Also, my skills are Arcana, Bluff, History, Intimidate, Stealth, and Thievery.
