Debuff on hit
Sparked by something Person Man said - that a good way to make TWF effective is to get something that debuffs on hit.
So I ask you, what are ways to debuff on a melee attack?

Re: Debuff on hit
Things like Three Mountains, Brutal Strike, Intimidating Strike, Dreadful Wrath, Staggering Strike, and Staggering Critical are great because they add status effects onto your hits. Some are better for 2handed fighting (because they are either a standard action, or because the DC is damaged based), but some are good for TWFing (like Staggering Critical) because more attacks means more chances to "proc" the condition.
There are also weapon enhancements. Things like Wounding, Sudden Stunning, etc, that either have scaling DCs or no save are great. If you can make 5 attacks in a round, thats 5 points of Con lost, which reduces a foes Fort save by 3 points in most cases, setting up a 1-2 punch with a friend Finger of Death. It also saps 3xHD HP off the foe, which is a fairly large chunk of damage in many cases which can also set up a Power Word Stun spell or similar.
