Ways of getting Throwing

Please assist me in thinking of ways of applying Throwing or similar effects to an arbitrary melee weapon. The item in question is a Large Waraxe, but general ideas are welcome.

1. Purchase a Throwing melee weapon
2. Forge/update the current weapon
3. Bloodstorm Blade
4. Artificer infusion
5. Just use a ranged weapon to begin with. (Needs ways to increase damage massively)
6. Throw Anything feat
7. Telekinesis and several levels of Master of the Unseen Hand

Take the throw anything feat from Complete Warrior.

Feats:

Throw Anything
Brutal Throw (Str instead of dex for throwing)
Power Throw (Use power attack with thrown weapons)
Two Weapon Fighting and Oversized two weapon fighting (If you want to get more attacks)

Prestige Classes:

Hulking Hurler
Master Thrower


All of the above will help with thrown weapons.

How about getting the Throwing enchantment? It's core, and it's a +1 effective enhancement bonus. If the weapon you need it on is special then it should be at least masterwork quality already (and thus eligible to be enchanted).

"Throwing: This ability can only be placed on a melee
weapon. A melee weapon crafted with this ability gains a range
increment of 10 feet and can be thrown by a wielder proficient
in its normal use." [DMG p.226]
