Default Looking for a Duskblade Revision

Hi guys. I am have been working on a concept for an arcane knight for a campaign I am in, and the first class to come to mind was the Duskblade. I've always liked the flavor of the Duskblade, but the more and more I work on the actual concept, the more I begin to see the inferiority of the class to things like clerics and such.

So, in my desperation, I come to you, the brilliant viewers of the fourms, to help me. I would love to see everyone's builds for arcane warriors, their remakes of the Duskblade (if such a thing exists), and anything else you feel may help me.

More details about the character can be given if requested, as can my original Duskblade build if you think it will help.

    Thanks guys.

The Duskblade is actually quite fine. It's a Tier 3 class and is quite effective at killing things damn dead. Just cause it's not a Cleric doesn't make it BAD. It can hold it's own with the ToB classes and with things like PsyWars and whatnot.

First and foremost, thank you to both arguskos, whose name is strangely close to mine, and the Roalnd St. Jude.

I'm going to have to go hunting to find out what all those spells are, but that is much more than I thought I would hear.

It pleases me to hear that the Duskblade is Tier 3.

Still, I'm always on the lookout for new builds, so by no means is this thread closed. If anyone has anything else to add, please do so.

Unnamedhero Chambers made a Duskblade Revision that is rather akin to the Warlock. However, he made it for his own 3.5 Heroic variant system, so I'm not sure how it would balance with normal DnD, or exactly what is needed to convert it to normal DnD.
