Working out the LA on...

...An intelligent bear race. Trying to play with it so that it could be reasonably considered a lower LA than that of a Minotaur, as the base monster template is rather similar... except the glaring 8 additional strength and such. So, any decent stuff already made? Or any suggestions to give it an LA that would be about +1 or +2?

Urskans in Frostburn are intelligent bears with humanlike hands. Too many HD to be easily playable though.

This is something I like. For my own purposes though, probably tack claws on him, and up the damage of the bite by a die. And where is the plus to con? Might have to swap the charisma plus for just that very thing.
