So im running a comic book themed game using the rules in Necessary Evil, but im running out of ideas for one shot villains. I've gone through all the cliches twice and used up a lot of the villains in the back of the super power compendium. That leads me here, i need anyone with a strange hero of villain idea to shoot them at me so can pad out my folder with good one shot villains, and mabey even a few more recurring evils if i like an idea, cus what hero has enough people trying to kill him regularly.
