Pathfinder Druid builds
So, my buddy is starting a Pathfinder game, Level 4 and I want to be a druid. There's only two problems. One: I don't know how to build a druid, and Two: the party goes as such
Sorcerer
Cleric
Fighter
Ranger
Me
Being that there is no ranged characters here (the ranger decided to go melee and the fighter wanted melee as well) I have decided and have been told to go ranged.
Any suggestions for starting out at level 4 builds? If you have an invisibility ring and you are being chased by 80+ people, and you happen to fall behind, tell everyone to go on ahead, don't slow them down to defend you.

Re: Pathfinder Druid builds
If you're really sure you want to be a druid (and the PF druid is kind of terrible), your best option for ranged is to just be a spellcaster. Druids are far and away not the best archers. But hey, summon animals all over your enemies. They're sort of like sticky arrows, if you will.
Edit: by be a spellcaster, i simply mean focus on your spellcasting tot he detriment of your wildshape (which is flavorless, pointless and lacks verisimilitude in PF anyway).Last edited by satorian; 2010-09-17 at 02:41 AM.

Re: Pathfinder Druid builds
