Dread Necromancer Question:
Can a Dread Necromancer activate his Charnel Touch class feature in one round, and then the next round cast a touch spell, making both hit with the same touch? Basically, the scenario is that he's in a prison, and I want to lure the prison guard over, and then touch him with a charnel touch + Inflict spell, or possibly Ghoul's touch. Thoughts?

RAW I don't know; but personally I would rule it that you could use both a spell and a charnell touch in the same round provided that you casted the touch spell beforehand and were holding the charge of the spell.
