Tattoo weapon spell?

Recently I remember reading about a spell (or maybe a class feature) that let you 'pull' a weapon out of a tattoo on your skin. Unfortunately I don't remember where its from,help please. And thanks :)

I just looked it up, it's called Absorb Weapon. The picture is way at the end in the class lists.
