I'd like to see a cute, female demon/elf hybrid. Preferably not in armour.
Also preferably more or less red skin, small horns, tail, silver hair and great bat-like wings.

People come up with a lot of wacky theories, and when it comes to hidden lesbian bondage themes in a funny sci-fi puzzle game, you really doubt there's any credibility to it. But this picture of GladOS is really convincing.
