NPC to PC advancment. Help!

Hey all, A short while ago I found a thread that set out a progression for PCs to start as a commoner and at level 3 you retrain as a NPC class then once you reach about level 6 you should have retrained fully as a Warrior (or other NPC class) and then you start retraining as a PC classes.

Does this ring any bells to you playgrounders? I believe it was linked in someone's sig here. Thanks in advance
