Elements And Major Creation 3.5

I've always wanted to try this little trick...

Use Major Creation to make X cu. ft. of the element Sodium (Or buy the element if possible, but I do not know how much it would cost)

Summon Monster X to make as many/large Water Elementals (Or possibly Major Creation again) above said sodium (or cast it into an existing body of water)

Chemistry happens.

How much damage would that do? Also any other chemistry tricks one could do in 3.5?

Mustard gas maybe?
