    Default Extraordinary Special Attack?

What is classified as an extraordinary special attack?

EDIT: For clarification, Extraordinary Special Attack as described in the Change Shape ability, MM p 306.

typically things like rend and rake, and most poison. Attacks not every one can do but that arnt magical in any way.
for monsters look in their special attack section and if those ability listed their has ex instead of su then its an extraordinary attack

My first instinct was sneak attack; but it turns out that sneak attack is untyped.

However, the rogue does have a couple other Ex attacks: crippling strike and opportunist are both extraordinary attacks.

Looking through other classes, rage is classified as Ex (though I don't know if that's actually considered an "attack." I'd guess not.) A monk's flurry of blows is Ex; so is the ranger's combat style.

If you read the monster description it will say "(Ex)" next the ability. If it says "(Su)" you're out of luck. Oh, and it should also be an attack, of course.
