    Default [3.5e] 1, 2, 3 Int

It had occurred to me recently that the prerequisite for an alignment is 3 INT, or a nonability in INT (as the case of undead.) On the other hand, 1-2 INT is reserved for animals that are described as not having the mental capacity to have an alignment, (Which is why Druids are supposed to be Neutral in at least one aspect, and not allowed to be chaotic good as most of the wilderness, such as fey, and elves, but that's a bit tangental.)

As such, the spell Feeblemind becomes of twice its utility. If you're evil, then paladins you cast this spell upon will cease to have the mental capacity to be good aligned, even if temporarily, and a lot of heal and atonements will be cast to remedy the situation, all from some castings of one spell of mischief. Oh, but the fun doesn't stop there, for those good aligned adventurers of you, and you're facing a blackguard who's going to bring the smite down on your good aligned fighter/druidzilla, this spell lets you drop their alignment, while they keep all of their abilities, and knowledge of who their friends are. Just make sure you have a cleric or a way that the druid can cast heal on themselves once they're done getting around the mechanics of a particularly nasty smite. As with the paladin situation, you probably don't want to use this on the party's clericzilla for two reasons: they lose spellcasting (though the druids don't lose wildshape,) and alignment restrictions of the LG/CG deities.

Source? Yes, most animals lack an alignment, but that doesn't mean that a paladin who drops to 2 Int will lose his alignment. On top of that, a Druidzilla who thinks that losing his spellcasting to avoid getting hit by a blackguard's smite attempt is a good trade is an idiot.

Counterexample: Horrid Rat, from Eberron Campaign Setting. INT 1, Neutral Evil.
