    Default Element storm - where did I see it before?

    I thought about an idea that around a certain god a storm of elements (floating islands, levitating flames etc) will exist, but I have a feeling that I`ve seen that done before in a D&D context (but probably not around a god, just a storm of elements). Any idea where?

    I think that also describes the Plane of Limbo. It's a chaotic aligned plane where slaads and other various creatures reside.
