Tarrasque Simulacrum

So, because of this thread I finally decided on my BBEG specific plans: using tarrasque simulacra 'piloted' by Artificers or Warlocks as an army.
My main thoughts are... what exactly would the stats be? Ok, it only has half hit dice, but what else should I reduce? What should the challenge rating for this be?

The most amusing way, I think, would be to halve everything. Everything. Like, go King Solomon on the Tarrasque, right down the middle. That would be pretty funny, though not much use.

On topic, I guess halve everything except the King Solomon part. I'd say it would get half as many feats, too. Recalculate save DCs as appropriate, too.
