[3.5] Looking for a Feat (Combined Caster Level)
I may be going crazy, but I remember feat feat that roughly resembles this:
Theurgery (Most likely not the name)
Prereqs: Ability to prepare and cast arcane spells, the ability to spontaneously cast arcane spells.
Benefit: You may add the caster level in both arcane classes together to determine your total caster level. This has no effect on spells per day, or spells known.
I've been scouring for it, but to no avail. Am I crazy? Have any of you heard of it? If not, do you think it's balanced as a possible homebrew?"There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self." Ernest Hemmingway

That's homebrew if anything. There's a prestige class for that, though, it's called Ultimate Magus.

Master spellthief does something similar. You need sppellthief levels though. Complete Scoundrel.

"Dragon" has a feat named something like "Psiotheurge" for combining psionics and arcane magic.

Re: [3.5] Looking for a Feat (Combined Caster Level)
Dragon #325 has some of these. They are limited to subsets of spells, though, such as elemental descriptors, alignment descriptors or, I think, spells from specialist schools.
Can get pretty broken for high-level dual casters: there are also metamagic feats that add alignment descriptors to any spells. A level 20 character could get something like CL 34+ blasphemies, for instance.
