Where do you buy your tools of the trade (dice)
I am looking for a new set of dice and would like to get a metal set, preferably a steel or aluminum 7pc set (d4, d6, d8, d10x2, d12, d20). Does anyone know where I could find a decent set?

I am sure your Friendly Local Gaming Store can order you something, if they do not have anything in stock. If that doesn't work, try online. www.crystalcaste.com has metal dice, im sure you could find some other places if you search

or you could just use amazon.com
thats what i do.
unless it's urgent
then your gaming store is advisable.
I would also advise buying from the gaming store if you play there regularly

This reminds of the year when my gaming group went nova with exotic dice as gifts: oynx, copper, steel, and even amethyst. I remain proud of my giant metal d20s.

You can easily find just about anything on the internet, often very affordable.
But that's kinda obvious.
I prefer to go to (fairly) local shops. Living in a big city like Toronto gives you a lot of options. Plus one of my friends works in one =pLast edited by WinceRind; 2010-12-05 at 02:21 PM.

Generally I pick up my dice at cons. Occasionally I pick them up at my FLGS. eI do have a vast collection these days though.

Q-Workshop has the best sets, IMO. Check out the Paizo store for more:

Just be careful rolling metal dice on any good, wood table top or you may mark it up.
