    Default Shield and Touch attacks.

    The shield spell only protects against Incorporeal touch attacks and not regular touch attacks correct? Just had this debate with a player.

    Yes. The spell grants a shield bonus, which does not normally apply to touch attacks, however the spell specifically says it applies to incorporeal touch attacks.
