3 Rings

I'm building a high level character right now. I want a third ring slot and I know there is some item that allows this, but cannot remember its name.

Does anyone know the item?

In Eberron, there's also the Extra Ring feat... if you already have Forge Ring, you can wear up to 4 rings.

And in the Arms and Equipment guide, I believe there is a magical sword that lets you attach another ring to it.

Get a spellcaster to add the effect onto one of your current rings. You can have a ring of fire resistance of protection, +5.
