need a class name

what class name will you give to a Gestalt wizard/sorcerer? (except magus)

it uses the base 20+ level gestalt sorcerer/wizard specialized on metamagics able to hurl many spell at same time. the setting is a high powered Forgotten Realms background in a diablo/gauntlet campaign style (lot of action less talking), the gestalt is supposed to be a elite group of Imaskari spellcasters trained by the surviving Imaskari Lord-Artificers to defeat the God-King and the mulhorandi pantheon (pantheon that crushed the Imaskari empire before).

There is? I thought that was pathfinder. I know they made a spell list in the DMG, but no official class was ever made (at least, I don't think so). But yeah, there is the Dread Witch PrC, so maybe Witch is not a good idea.

hahaha without knowledge of the FR setting, u almost found the name of the 7 Imaskari's Artifacts ^^ ( Imaskarcana, which contains the Imaskari magic knowledge )
