Specious Interrogation? [GURPS 4th Edition]
You can attempt a Fast-Talk roll to get a +3 to Intimidation, with penalties if you fail/are detected by the side being intimidated.
Is it at all realistic for such a tactic (Fast-Talk) to work in conjunction with the Interrogation Skill?

With torture, even an amateur interrogator with some lying ability can net a +9 to their roll
