Conversion Help

Found something for a campaign a friend is going to run. The whole point is to find something overpowered and I believe I have done just that. The only problem is that the template in question is for 3.5 while the campaign is in 4ed. Here's the link to the template.

How would I go about turning that into something that I could use for 4ed?

If you wanted Jenova-Infused monsters you could make it a monster template like the ones found in the DMG. For players, it could work as a theme like the ones found in Dark Sun or as a series of multiclass feats like the spellscarred feats in Forgotten Realms.

I meant how would I turn it from a template for 3.5 to a template for my own personal character in 4ed?

Ah! In 4e, templates aren't applied to player characters; they're reserved for customizing monsters, and putting one on a character doesn't quite work for the action and power economy.

So it could in theory be applied to a character anyways. It would be horribly unbalanced but that was the whole point of this campaign anyways.

Which, getting back to my original question, how would I make it usable in 4ed?
