Need Stats for an Ostrich, fast!

Hey folks, unusual request here. A new player will be joining our bizarre little campaign tonight (Thursday), and after emailing back and forth some she's hit upon the idea of being a were-ostrich. This idea actually fits in with the general tone of the game so that's cool, but I have no idea how to stat out an ostrich, let alone a Were version. Anyone know of some source for stats out there I can access on the web, or if you've got a book that has an entry for any kind of similar large flightless bird, I'd me most grateful if you could post the stats here.

You didn't specify a system, so i'm assuming you want 3.PF.

I would use the Deinonychus entry in MM with a few modifications, drop some Natural Armor, drop the speed to 50, drop the foreclaws and weaken the bite and claw attacks a bit. Don't weaken the kick too much through, they can kill people with their legs.
