    Those two creatures are D&D copyright creations - you'll not see them outside of WotC material without a lawyer.

    Well, they wouldn't be published for that reason, but that doesn't mean you can't do a homebrew conversion. I believe that both are in the "improved monster classes" thread, for example.

    And its not like it's that hard to convert 3.5 material to Pathfinder.
