Anyone knows of 3.Xe fluff/crunch for any/all of them or similar monstrosities ?

How would you go about it ?

You should look into Eberron, maybe, it has various symbionts and grafts that can be attached to a body.

If you want them to be mind-controlling parasites instead, Lords of Madness has the Tsochari who do just that. Take over a body and control it.

Thanks for the info.
I already know about the option of grafts, but I don't remember symbionts in those books.
As far as LoM, that's not where I'm aiming at. I was thinking more in the lines of symbiosis and mutual benefit. Maybe at the expense of item slot (neck/head/both... not sure).

Anyway, I'm more interested in homebew stuff than official material ATM.
