Help me with a pixie please

As DM i need to stat up a pixie with class levels and have run into a problem namely the DC's for its 1/day SLA's: lesser confusion and entangle dc 14, detect thoughts dc 15, permanent image dc 19, all it says is "The dcs are charisma based" but the pixie only has +3 mod which would be 10+3=13dc so i must be missing some part of the calculation does anyone know what part? This is from the MM by the way.

Normally, a DC for a spell is 10+spell level+ability modifier. In case of Entangle (1st level spell) and Charisma +3, we have 10+1+3=14

You need to ad the grade of the spell the SLA is based on.

Example: Lesser Confusion: grade 1 Spell, so DC = 10 + 1 (grade) + 3 (cha)
