Marrulurk, from Sandstorm. Great race for any sneaky-type. That, and you have the naztharune rakshasa (MM III), but it'd likely be better to use the class here as opposed to dealing with the ridiculous LA.

IIRC, Derro (MM1) have sneak attack... Being absolutely insane may be a drawback depending on what you are looking for.

Naztharune Rakshasa, MM3. Absurdly high ECL, but get this: The errata says they gain Sneak Attack as if every single HD they get is a Rogue level. This means their Sneak Attack goes up by one die for every 2 HD no matter what class they take.

Yeah, it's definitely unplayable. I'm not sure if it has a Savage progression, though.

there is this one race with sneak atk that also grants a +2 to dex when they are harmed but i don't remember what its called. it has four forearms but only two arms, redish, and i believe its an outsider. (its driving me crazy not knowing the name)
