Getting the most out of a high Con score?

Fist of the Forest gets Con to AC and Stonelord abilities have a DC based on Con, but what else can I do with a high Con score (besides suck up damage)?

Acquiring a breath attack might also be useful - after all, the DC is also Con-based.

Totemists can make good use of con, since their soulmeld DCs are based on con.

Hold your breath a lot.

Maybe if you use 3.0 psionics, be an Egoist. (Or switch systems ... that'd probably be a better call, actually.)

Take levels in Dragonfire Adept, their breath weapon DC is based on Con, so that's the best direction, imo.
