    Default Frank and K question..

How do you determine the caster level for the SLAs of fiendish spheres? Since Frank and K never specified how to do that(they DID say how to determine their effective spell level, but never the caster level that they where treated as.) we usually homebrewed a rule that said character level = caster level so said SLAs are not useless against anything with spell resistance but I want to know if Frank and K ever specified how to determine the CL of sphere SLAs and I missed it for some reason.

So, can anybody clear this up for me?

I know that Frank and K are regular posters at the gaming den, so you might be able to ask them there if you're stumped.

It's not specified because they use the standard rules for spell-like abilities.

If no caster level is specified, the caster level for a spell-like ability is equal to the creature’s Hit Dice.

    I can confirm this.
