Can you Geas a Tarrasque?
Say you use "Wish" in its place. Then its a standard action. Can you use it to make a Tarrasque slave?

Re: Can you Geas a Tarrasque?
Short answer: No.
Long answer:
1) Wish is SR: Yes, and does not inherit SR: No from Geas. So you've got a big chance of blowing the XP for naught (try Miracle, though).
2) Geas is Language-dependent (can be overcome with Tongues, theoretically).
3) Mr. T can ignore the Geas even if it lands successfully. Sickened is just -2 to most rolls - no problem. And 3d6 damage? Regen 40. Have fun with that.Last edited by Jack_Simth; 2011-01-17 at 01:27 AM.
Of course, by the time I finish this post, it will already be obsolete. C'est la vie.

Re: Can you Geas a Tarrasque?
Why use wish when you can use limited wish? Save 4700xp.
That said, I agree you are better of with dominate monster. Unless the DM slaps on the monster of legend template or something.
