The Ferox from Monsternomicon 2 by Privateer Press is exactly what you're hoping for. I cannot, however, post their stats because they [and i thought this was no possible] listed non srd mechanics/monster stat blocks as non-OGC.
Mine is not so much a Peter Pan Complex as a Peter Pan Doom Fortress and Underground LairTM!
