So glad the games are about to start. I'm among the most patient when it comes to waiting storylines out, but even I have to admit the long conversations in the previous strips were starting to bog things down... great timing, this.

Also, angry green elf is back. Angry at V still, apparently...

Elan is dead wrong once again, the reason they aren't killing each other is because Elan isn't powerful enough to kill Tarquin, and Tarquin doesn't want to kill Elan.

Hmm... Elan has recently certainly grown a lot as a person but he seems still more prone to judge first the esthetic rather than the ethic aspect of things. Once a bard always a bard.

He mentioned researching a mass spell that protects against negative energy effects. (Off-hand, I'd assume Death Ward.)
