Wand costs
if you buy wands at minimum caster level, how much do 1st, 2nd and 3rd level wands cost?

750 × level of spell × level of caster is the formula for the base price of a wand.
So 1st level spell, 1st level caster = 750. 2nd level spell, 3rd level caster = 6*750=4500. 3rd level spell, 5th level caster = 15*750= 11250.
This is generally borne out by the list of wand prices.
