[3.x] Equipment for Incorporeal Characters? (Resolved)
In my campaign, I've brought back a Dirgesinger villain as a wraith, and I need to find him some gear so that when he's finally defeated for good, it won't just leave my players sad because they'll have killed a high CR enemy but receive no loot.
This is what I have so far: Lesser Truedeath Crystal applied to a bow. +1d6 damage vs. undead, and the weapon has the ghost touch quality. So, that nets him a ranged weapon...
I was actually surprised there wasn't anything like this in Libris Mortis. Does anyone know of anything in other books before I resort to homebrew?Last edited by Jergmo; 2011-02-22 at 06:02 PM.
SpoilerDM: "Sunder the wall?! WT**** kind of tactics are these!?"
Me: The kind that armies have been using for millennia.
DM: They didn't do it with swords!
Me: Which makes us so much cooler.
Player: Where are the babau in relation to everyone else?
Me: They're right behind you. Vesil is covered in Loki's blood. That is their location in relation to you.
Player: I was just wondering about a fireball.

Re: [3.x] Equipment for Incorporeal Characters?
The Ghostly Grasp feat allows the incorp to wield anything a corporial could. I just used it to give a miniboss wraith a suit of full plate. You could give him some wands or such to use, and he could hold them. Libris Mortis.
