What books have Psonic Powers in them?
What 3.5 books have Psionic powers in them other than Complete Psi and Expanded Psionics Handbook?

Look in the Eberron books, as a setting that was written with psionics in mind, they are few gems inside the books.
Sandstorm has some power. Dragon Magic also IIRC.
Also look into third party books, I really like some of the powers found in Hyper-concious for example

The big ones are:
expanded psionic handbook
complete psionics
sercrets of sarlona
magic of eberron (also has the psionic artificer base class)
3rd party ones to get are:
Hyperconsious
Untapped potential
There are a few powers here and their but 95% of all powers will be in the above books.

Races of Stone has a few, that's the only other one I can think of off the top of my head that hasn't been listed.

Stormwrack has 3-5, if i remember correctly. One that makes you aquatic, one that connects you with the ship, one that makes people feel like their drowning. that's all I can remember.
