Powerful build question

ok no this is not how or what powerful builds are out there. its about the Goliath race ability. anyway i got to thinking in the half dragon temple lage creatures of large get wings and a fly speed. So my question is this would you get wings if you where a half dragon Goliath?

No. Powerful build lists what you're considered large for:

• When subjected to a size modifier or special size modifier for an opposed check if advantageous
• Whether special attacks based on size can affect it
• Using weapons 1 size larger

That's it. Which means he gets no wings, as he is not considered Large for template purposes.
